Falling-film evaporators (up to 700 l/h)

These devices are designed to concentrate the initial flow to the state of 5% of the initial flow, with the content in the 5% concentrate of the following substances in the amount not exceeding 2%: sulfate ion, chloride ion, dry residue and iron, to obtain the concentrate, in liquid form without formation of a solid crystalline phase and purified water (distillate), for further use.

Devices with mechanical recompression of water vapor, designed to reduce the energy costs of the technological process and significantly simplify the operation of the unit while minimizing the volume of waste water to reduce the cost of its disposal.
