1-line rotary filling and sealing machine

Cup filling machine for variety of applications, filling yoghurt, cream cheese, crème fraîche, spreads, etc.

Can be adapted for operation with different types of containers, round, oval and rectangular.

Plastic cups are loaded onto the rotary table of the rotary system using a cup dropping mechanism. The filling process is then carried out using a filling nozzle to fill the cups. Once the filling is complete, a foil is placed on the cup using a pneumatic vacuum system.

To ensure a secure seal, a specially designed hollow brass heating die, shaped to match the lip of the cup, is utilized. This results in a perfect circular ring seal that is strong enough to withstand rough handling during transportation.

In the following station, the cups, now marked with expiration dates, are directed to the outfeed conveyor for further processing.

Filling volume is adjusted from PLC.
